Yell at me all you want for being sexist. Go ahead. Do it.

Remember that saying, “Girls go to college, to get more knowledge. Boys to to Jupiter, to get more stupider”? Well, the genders there vary between if you’re a guy, girl, or Lady Gaga, but still. I believed that for a long time, before I learned that guys can be very capable, too. Now, I found out that I merely overestimated them. After all, really, what guy is really going to blow off his girlfriend for a Call of Doodie Duty tournament? Sure, he’s a guy; he naturally wants to play games every second of every minute of every hour of every day of every week of every year of his life. But I honestly thought that it was just a stereotype, something that was just generalized but not actually true. I didn’t think that even the most mentally incapable person would ditch the rare day of hanging out with their partner outside of school would actually run off to play a game they already play enough of. Seriously, it’s almost as if the guy is cheating on his girlfriend for his PS3. Really, when you planned a couple days ahead of time to hang out with your partner, don’t you want keep that plan? Don’t you want to just sit down and spend time with them instead of sitting on your own couch at home playing a game that’s killing your eyes because you won’t leave it even if it caught fire? Apparently, this only applies to certain people. So far, I’ve told a couple people this story, but all of those people have the same opinion as me: “Dude, that’s messed up.”
