The attack of a teenager's rants.

So, this week, it was, obviously, raining dogs and cats. It rained so much that it means no Fun Run (huzzah!). That also meant more time at home, killing my eyes with over-the-top game time. However, that was far from the case. Although I had my PSP with Disgaea 1 right next to me, my Disgaea 2 copy in my PSP games bag, and my Wii taunting me with my unfinished Pokemon Colosseum load, I didn’t have time for them. Why? The answer is simply “homework.” Even though I haven’t had homework swarming me just yet, I have been procrastinating a little bit too much. Typing to my friends on Instant-Message places truly is distracting when it comes to homework. Sure, I could just sign off, or just go on the “Away” status to do my homework like most good little kids do. However, I don’t do that, as my mind will rot more and more as I’m farther away from the computer. So as I mindlessly chat with my friends and leave my homework there for me to finish with an hour left before I have to zonk out, my good conscience (you know, with the angel on one side and the devil on another) begs me to finish my homework, and I start on my homework… then my bad conscience begs me to check my computer to see if I got any messages, which isn’t too good for my homework, but either way.. Eventually, I finish my homework. This concludes to absolutely no time for my PSP or Wii (no one in my house has the time to play the Wii). Yeah, that was what the rant was about. Basically, the Gaming VS Homework! Who wins?! battle concludes to homework prevailing this time… Next week! Another rant-post about my life! Until next time, folks.
